Moulin Whose?
Okay, one of our fellow Etsyans got us on this one...silly prose writer Andrew of Connie•and•Andrew thought it was a "Scene from a Dutch Town.." Hahahaha! How innocent! Little did he know it was the infamous Moulin Rouge - The Red Light District of Gay Paree.
